2019 – 100% Chenin Blanc grown on the chalky soils of the Loire. Off dry, fleshy aromas of pear, ripe apple, honeysuckle, white flower and wet stone. Ripe, full mouthfeel of ripe fall fruits, crisp core of acidity and rounded finish. A nice wine for a cheesy flan, roasted veggie puff pastry, sauteed wild mushrooms or baked salmon.–Finn
