Martin Pohl Wines Poetry Pinot Noir is made from 100% certified organic Pinot Noir from Mendocino County, California. This is a complex and refined wine made following organic and biodynamic principles. Only 100 cases were made, spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, and minimal added sulfites.
