Description
Mas Pas Re Sur le Pouce 2023 is a dry natural red wine made from Carignan and Grenache, produced by Julien Trichard and Sara Hernandez from their organically farmed vineyards across the communes of Gignac and Plaissan in the Hérault, Languedoc. Working from a renovated cooperative cellar in Vendémian, the estate hand-harvests at low yields averaging 15 hl/ha. Whole-bunch grapes undergo carbonic maceration for 15 days in fiberglass tanks before pressing. Mas Pas Re Sur le Pouce 2023 is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur at 13% ABV.
