This crisp and refreshing Hakuto Gin produced at Matsui’s Kurayoshi distillery is made with nine unique types of botanicals: pear, juniper berry, coriander seeds, orange peels, yuzu peels, wakayama mochi, gyokuro, cherry blossoms, and black peppers.
