Description
Maurizio Ferraro Secondome Vino Rosato is a natural rosé from Montemagno in Piedmont’s Monferrato region. Made from Barbera, Grignolino, and Nebbiolo grapes, the wine is produced using direct press method. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, the wine receives no temperature control or additives. Produced organically from 7.5 hectares of estate vineyards, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites at 12.5% alcohol, following the strict S.A.I.N.S. protocols.
