Description
Meigamma Rosso Zero is a natural red wine from Sardinia, Italy, crafted by the boutique winery Meigamma, founded by Barbara and Giuseppe Pusceddu in 2006. It’s a blend of Bovale, Cannonau, and Barbera Sarda, indigenous Sardinian grape varieties. The grapes are sourced from Meigamma’s organically farmed 1.1-hectare vineyard, situated on sandy soils approximately 600 meters from the sea in Villasimius, Sardinia. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts occurs in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes a 6-day maceration period, it’s aged in stainless steel on the lees, and bottled without clarification or filtration.
