Meinklang Abend Edition #2 Cabernet Franc NV is a biodynamic red wine from Burgenland, Austria, produced by the Michlits family at their Demeter-certified Meinklang estate in Pamhagen, near Lake Neusiedl on the Hungarian border. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on sandy loam soils, the wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and undergoes a 45-day whole-cluster maceration. Meinklang Abend Edition #2 Cabernet Franc NV ages in concrete eggs and is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. The result is a structured, savory red built for the dinner table.
