Description
Meinklang Mulatschak Red is a natural biodynamic red wine from Burgenland, Austria, produced by the Michlits family estate. Made from a 50:50 blend of Zweigelt and St. Laurent grapes grown on mineral-rich volcanic soils with basalt, loess, and sand. Grapes undergo four-day spontaneous co-fermentation on skins and stems with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged four months on fine lees, bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites (25 mg/L). Hand-harvested from biodynamic vineyards in Neusiedlersee region, this skin-contact red exhibits natural slight effervescence.
