Meinklang Nacht Edition #4 Cabernet Franc NV is a natural red wine produced by the Michlits family at their Demeter-certified biodynamic estate in Pamhagen, in the Neusiedlersee area of Burgenland, Austria. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on sandy loam soils with basalt deposits in the Pannonian climate zone, it is vinified with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfite additions.
