Description
Meinklang Prosa Pet Nat is a natural sparkling rosé from Burgenland, Austria, produced by the biodynamic Meinklang estate. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, and St. Laurent grapes grown on sandy loam and rocky topsoil. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts using the ancestral method (pétillant naturel). Hand-harvested grapes receive short skin maceration before natural bottle fermentation creates gentle effervescence. Certified organic and biodynamic by Demeter, unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites at 10.5% alcohol.
