Many viewed this practice as extravagant and questioned why so much money and hops were being used. However, it turned out they were ahead of their time, pioneering what is now known as “cool pooling” and “DDH.” Despite the changing times, Melvin continues to craft IPAs bursting with juicy flavors for hop enthusiasts, albeit with a bit more haze.
