The wine is made from Garnacha Roig, a pink-skinned grape variety, grown organically at 500 meters above sea level. Laureano’s winemaking is natural, using no added sulfur and spontaneous fermentation. The grapes undergo a short maceration period of five days, followed by aging in vats and terracotta amphorae, which helps maintain the wine’s vibrant freshness and distinctive energy.
