Description
Milan Nestarec Postmoderna is a non-vintage red wine crafted from Blaufränkisch grapes grown in the Moravian villages of Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice, Czech Republic. The vineyards, planted between 1972 and 2001, are cultivated organically on loess, sand, and clay soils. This wine is a blend of nine barrels from vintages spanning 2016 to 2022, each selected to contribute a unique character. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in open vats with gentle punch-downs, followed by aging in old 225L and 400L barrels. Postmoderna is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
