The palate is fruity, lively, and bright, with a focus on red fruit flavors. The wine has a noticeable, fresh acidity, providing a crisp and refreshing quality. A pleasant tannic grip adds to the wine’s structure. A rustic earthiness rounds out the flavors, creating an overall balanced and easy-drinking profile. Shows depth and complexity, delivering black cherry, iron, licorice and tar flavors, with hints of wild rosemary and thyme. Fermented and aged in glass lined concrrete tanks. ABV 12%
