Description
We are excited to introduce Musa Noctuaria’s first-ever Garnacha. This impressive brand boasts roughly 30 awards, including “Best of Class” honors and 98 points. After experiencing this Garnacha’s juicy layers of red and dark fruit balanced effortlessly with oak, we are anticipating another win. Spain’s Mediterranean climate and varied stone and clay soils provide the perfect conditions for Garnacha to flourish. This richly flavorful red grape variety is native to Spain, where local winemakers know how to bring out its best. Before fermentation, the grapes sit in contact with their skins to extract aromatics, color and flavor. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to emphasize Garnacha’s fruit-focused character before oak aging adds the final layer of complexity. The result is an opulent, expressive wine and another excellent example of Spanish winemaking. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
