Description
From the volcanic soils of Volvic comes No Control Pour 2 2024, a pure Pinot Noir crafted by Vincent Marie in Auvergne’s Puy-de-Dôme. The grapes grow on mineral-rich basalt and are farmed organically with biodynamic preparations. Hand-harvested into small crates, the fruit ferments as whole clusters in open oak vats with gentle pigeage over a 12-day maceration. After pressing, No Control Pour 2 2024 rests in fiberglass tanks before bottling without fining, filtration, or any additives. True to Vincent’s philosophy: fermented grape juice and nothing else.
