Ocho “Who Do U Love?” Saperavi is a natural red wine from Georgia’s Kakheti region, produced by Ocho, a winery established in 2012 by a group of wine enthusiasts dedicated to organic practices and traditional Georgian winemaking techniques. 100% Saperavi, an indigenous Georgian red grape variety renowned for its deep color, robust structure, and aging potential, sourced from vineyards in the Kakheti region. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in qvevri—traditional clay amphorae buried underground. Extended maceration on the skins imparts the wine’s characteristic deep color and enhances its tannic structure. Aged in qvevri, bottled unfiltered and unfined.
