Ocho Who Ru? Rkatsiteli Mtsvane is an orange wine made naturally made from sustainably farmed Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Kakheti, Georgia. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, extended maceration in qvevri (amphora), unfiltered, minimal sulfites.
The Producer: Ocho
Ocho is a new label from the 3 friends behind DoReMi. They’re based in the Kartli district, close to Tbilisi, and sourcing fruit from Kartli and Kakheti. “Ocho” refers to the pre-christian Georgian spirit of the natural world.
