Our extra virgin olive oil is blended from handpicked, organic olives grown on the Clif Family farm on the northeaster slope of Howell Mountain in the Napa Valley. This particular vintage includes Arbequina, Frantoio, Manzanillo, Koroneiki and Mission varieties grown at the Clif Family Farm and Pendolino, Maurino, Leccino and Frantoio varieties frown at Chacewater Winery & Olive Mill in Kelseyville, CA. Together, we created a well-balanced and vibrant oil with subtle fruit flavors, hints of black pepper, and mild astringency.
Our olive oil is certified Extra Virgin by the COOC.
