Oro di Diamanti Vines Sum Pignoletto Orange Pet-Nat is made from 100% Pignoletto grapes with brief skin contact, grown organically near Bologna in Emilia-Romagna by winemaker Susanna Diamanti. The estate is certified organic and employs natural winemaking methods with no filtration and no added sulfites. This orange pet-nat is crafted using the ancestral method (Metodo Ancestrale), allowing spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts while maintaining contact with grape skins to develop amber color and tannins.
