Description
From the Winemaker:
The Acolytes Pinot Noir pours a dark crimson core with a vivid ruby rim that opens with aromatic notes of black cherry, raspberry bramble, wild strawberry, bay leaf and potting soil. Energetic from entry, the palate is rife with red and blue fruits framed by an elegant structure of soft tannin. Bright acidity throughout, hints of amaro and pomegranate bow the wine out to a close.

“Smashed cranberry and black plum aromas lead into hints of game and peppered charcuterie on the nose of this new project from Dave Phinney’s team. The palate is ripe with strawberry flavors that are kissed in vanilla spice with extra hints of charcuterie.” – WE
