Their wines are fruit-driven blends with flavor intensity and concentration. To ensure that they are getting the best flavors they make sure to handpick the grapes in the early morning before the sun heats up too much and makes the grapes more bitter. The Chardonnay-Viognier blend is a clean, golden color with tropical aromas. Tastes of apricot burst through as the Viognier makes itself known in the blend. The wine is incredibly refreshing on the palate and has a long and silky finish.
