100% Malvasía de Lanzarote
Made entirely from young Malvasía, one of the main native white varieties of the Canaries, grown in zanjas in a vineyard named “La Vegueta” located on the northern side of Lanzarote. The grapes were hand-harvested in mid-August, destemmed and pressed into steel tank, where they underwent a cold soak to settle and rack off the must (solids) before native yeast fermentation and aging on fine lees for 9 months. The finished wine was bottled without fining or filtration the following May. On the nose, Distinct volcanic character with flint, salt, lemon, and white flowers. The palate is balanced and complex, showcasing citrus notes (orange, tangerine), peach, and a sharp, saline minerality. Only 600 bottles produced. 12.5-14% ABV
