Barolo ‘Serralunga’ is the classic Barolo blended from all four of the Palladino Nebbiolo vineyards within the Serralunga commune. This is an extraordinary wine, rich, complex, and elegant. Dense, beefy tannins shoring up the cherry, strawberry, and iron flavors, spice, and earth elements emerge on the finish. Barolo is a beautiful wine for pairing; we would suggest serving it with roasted and braised meat, game, strong and mature cheeses.
