Description
A field blend of aromatic, spicy Gewürztraminer and structured Pinot Noir. Once the grapes are pressed, the juice is left to oxidize and begin fermention. The wine then ages for several years in Burgundy style barrels, creating a deep, nutty richness along side flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and roses
