Pardas Sus Scrofa Sumoll is a natural wine from Spain made from 100% Sumoll from a trio of vineyards, with the oldest being 70 years old. They are located on clay and limestone soils. The wine is produced in concrete tanks, with 50% of the clusters remaining whole during fermentation.
