Description
Partida Creus CL Clarete is crafted from Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca grapes grown on clay-limestone soils in Catalonia’s Baix Penedès region near Bonastre. This traditional Spanish clarete-style wine undergoes hand-harvesting with field selection. Red and white grapes are pressed together without complete destemming, then ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Following natural winemaking principles, the wine receives no sulfite additions, filtration, or clarification before bottling.
