Description
Partida Creus TN Tinto Natural is crafted from a blend of Tempranillo (Ull de Llebre), Sumoll, and Bobal grapes grown on clay-limestone soils in Catalonia’s Penedès region. Hand-harvested grapes undergo four-day whole-cluster maceration in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast fermentation. The wine ages ten months in large old wooden barrels followed by one month in steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without sulfur additions, this natural wine reflects Partida Creus’ commitment to minimal intervention winemaking and preservation of indigenous Catalan grape varieties.
