Description
Partida Creus VN Vinel•lo is a field blend of seven indigenous red grape varieties from Catalonia’s Penedès region: Garnacha, Trepat, Sumoll, Garrut, Queixal de Llop, Ull de Perdiu, and Samsó. Grown on clay-limestone soils in Massís de Bonastre, grapes are hand-harvested and fermented separately with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Each variety undergoes different maceration periods before blending. The wine ages seven months in steel tanks and is bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without sulfur additions.
