100% Pinot Noir
Off of a minimum of 40-50 year old vines. This extraordinary bottling developed by Paul Bara is aged on its yeast lees for 9 years before release. The wine presents a seductive light gold-tinted color with a fine effervescence. The full nose evokes juicy fruits such as yellow peach and very ripe apples. These are followed by candied notes, close to honey and pastry aromas that suggest delightful flavors of praline and nougat. In the mouth, the wine is full, delectable, and rich. It accentuates the flavors found on the nose while adding an aroma of citrus peel and a light peppery touch on the finish. 12.5% ABV
