Description
The Paso Robles region is best known for big reds, but it produces whites that are equally as bold. Viognier in particular grows well in the region’s hot and dry climate, and this wine is a beautiful representation of the varietal. Winemakers intervened minimally as this wine went through a cold fermentation and stainless steel aging, allowing fruit flavors to intensify and letting classic Viognier characteristics of floral aromatics and vanilla bean shine through.
