When Perrier Jouet first released their Grand Brut in is 1846, it changed the game. In a sea of off dry or even sweet Champagnes, there came a brut that would forever change the taste of the region. This style could only be made through the ripeness achieved in healthy grapes, a philosophy that PJ carries though to this day.

The Grand Brut is chiseled and mineral. It’s elegance and balance is that of a dancer – precise but light footed. It expresses delicate aroma of white peach, jasmine, citrus blossom and poached pear. The palate is crisp and light with the gentle fruit flavor wrapped around a firm mineral core.

The bubbles produce a creamy, long lasting the Grand Brut with grilled chicken breast served with a citrus cream sauce or grilled leeks and creamy ripe cheeses like talleggio or brie.
