85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Sémillon
Aged on fine lees for 6 months. Two-thirds of the blend matures in stainless steel tanks to retain crisp freshness, while one-third is aged in oak barrels to impart complexity and texture. Light gold color; nose of tropical citrus (grapefruit, mango, pineapple), meyer lemon, pear blossom, fresh coconut, and subtle floral notes of juniper. Rich flavors of lemon curd are accented by a juniper-like high tone and give way to a long and elegant finish. 12.5% ABV
