Domaine Pierre Frick sources 100% Riesling from vineyards planted on marl and loess soils—the fine, pale-yellow sediment deposited during the quaternary glacial period. The grapes undergo seven days of whole-cluster maceration with indigenous yeasts before aging 14 months on fine lees in century-old oak foudres. Pierre Frick Riesling Marnes & Loess Macération 2021 is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without any added sulfites, sealed under stainless steel crown cap.
