Description
Domaine Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme is the continuation and evolution of the now defunct Puzelat-Bonhomme négociant project, with Pierre-O having vinified the entirety of the production since 2011 and the switch officially happening with the 2013 Tesnière is 70% Menu Pineau, 30% Chenin Blanc from 60 year old vines, coming from a single parcel of purchased organic fruit called La many years it was released as a Touraine but had to be declassified when the appellation began refusing the use of Menu is direct press, co-fermented and aged on the lees in 225l barrels for 12 months.
