Bagatelle – The organically cultivated grapes were macerated whole-cluster for 2-3 days before being pressed. On the nose, there are sweet dried fruit aromas with undertones of smoke. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and smooth, with rich flavors and pronounced acidity.
Le Pelut – This dry cider is without a doubt the most unique cider we’ve ever brought in! Made with old, wild apples grown at 1000 meters above sea level in the eastern Pyrenees. Fermentation takes around 6 months to complete naturally and slowly, after which the cider is aged. Get ready to dive head first into the funk with this one!
Carabistouille – Grown in the heat of the summer in 2018. On the palate, red-cooked fruit. This is a richer Merlot with subtle herbal flavors and a stimulating acidity on the end.
