Description
Poggio delle Baccanti Campania Fiano 2023 is a dry white wine made from 100% organically and dry-farmed Fiano, produced by the La Mura family at their estate in Sant’Antonio Abate on the Sorrento Peninsula, in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius. The vines grow in the mineral-rich volcanic soils characteristic of this part of Campania. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts takes place in stainless steel, where the wine also completes its aging before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with very low sulfur additions of 40 ppm. Poggio delle Baccanti Campania Fiano 2023 is classified under the Campania IGP designation and carries 12% alcohol.
