Description
Poggio delle Baccanti Campania Greco 2023 is a dry white wine made from 100% Greco, one of Campania’s oldest indigenous white varieties, grown on organically farmed volcanic soils on the Sorrento Peninsula near Mount Vesuvius. The La Mura family, based in Sant’Antonio Abate in the Province of Naples, has farmed these slopes since the 1950s, working exclusively with local grape varieties. Grapes are hand-harvested, and Poggio delle Baccanti ferments with spontaneous indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, bottling the wine unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfite additions. 12% ABV. Campania IGP.
