Description
Pormenor Douro Branco originates from Pedro Coelho’s high-altitude vineyards in Portugal’s Douro region. This natural wine blends primarily Rabigato with Malvasia Fina and Codega do Larinho from 50-100-year-old vines planted at 600-700 meters elevation on blue mica schist soils. Following minimal intervention principles, grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, aging on fine lees for 11 months. No additives or temperature control are used
