Description
Pormenor Douro Tinto showcases a masterful blend of indigenous Douro varieties, predominantly Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Rufete. Crafted by winemaker Pedro Coelho from 60+ year-old vines planted above 500 meters in Soutelo do Douro, this wine reflects the region’s distinctive schist terroir. The grapes undergo fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, followed by 18 months aging in used French oak barrels.
