Dark and opaque to the eye. Intense aromatics of black plum, baked earth, molasses, charcoal, and piquant black peppercorn. Opulent, plush, and opulent with a slightly grainy but soft, creamy texture. It offers bright acidity, dense, compact minerality, and notes of olive tapenade. Medium-bodied with fine, firm tannins. 14% ABV
