Primal Amber Chardonnay Orange wine is an intense and yet easy-drinking skin-contact Chardonnay from Arroyo Seco, California. Amber Chardonnay is made by for Primal Wine by our friend Quinn at Hollow Wines in Gilroy, California. The grapes are macerated on the skins for seven days, finished fermenting in oak barrels, and then aged for one year in neutral oak.
