Primal California Red Blend is a California red blend made from all the classic Bordeaux grape varieties, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, and 20% Malbec. This wine is made for Primal wine by our friend Quinn at Hollow Wines in Gilroy, California. The grapes are from the famed Siletto Family Vineyard, in Paicines, and are co-fermented; the wine is then aged in concrete.
