Primal Lightly fizzy sparkling Pinot Noir from Balestra Vineyard, Monterey County, California. This wine is made for Primal Wine by our friend Quinn at Hollow Wines, out of his facility in Gilroy. The grapes are direct-pressed in concrete and then aged for one year in concrete. This is a Classic Method sparkling wine.
