Our 2021 Primanu Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon blend is youthful and bright. This wine offers intense aromas of exotic fruit and citrus flavors thanks to its Sauvignon Blanc-led profile. The fresh and zesty New Zealand styling includes a slightly richer texture provided by one of Australia’s signature varietals, Sémillon. In the arid climate of South Australia, temperatures rise as you move inland. But since most coastal vineyard sites grow the region’s white varieties, the heat is of less concern.
