Spuma Mia is a natural rosato from Quarticello, a family-run estate in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Made from 100% Lambrusco Maestri grapes cultivated using sustainable practices, the wine reflects the region’s rich winemaking heritage. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
