Description

Quipster is all about quick-wittedness and opportunity, and like your sharpest friend is always good to have around. This wine punches way above its weight and is a wonderful take on a classic California profile that comes from just the right amount of sun on the Livermore, California grapes. It is full bodied with intense dark plum flavors that play off of hints of clove and nutmeg that come from time spent on new oak. Our winemaker describes it as a “powerful wine for powerful palates” and suggests pairing it with fried calamari, fresh salads, and fried chicken. And judges love it too! It took home a Gold at the 2019 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and a Silver at the 2019 Winemaker Challenge.
