Much like this wine’s multi-award-winning 2018 predecessor, our new 2020 vintage once again showcases all the nuanced beauty of a true California Merlot. California’s climate allows these grapes to enjoy long summer days basking in the sun, while cool nighttime temperatures ensure that the fruit retains its natural acidity. As a result, we are left with rich, ripe fruit flavors, velvety tannins, and refreshing acidity. With this in mind, there is no question why the previous 2018 vintage boasts 90 points and a Gold Medal from the 2021 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge.
