Description
Radikon Sivi is an orange wine from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region in northeastern Italy, crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. The vineyards are farmed organically, emphasizing sustainable practices that respect the local ecosystem. The grapes are destemmed and fermented with natural yeasts in oak vats, without temperature control or added sulfur. Maceration on the skins lasts 10 to 14 days, imparting the wine’s distinctive color and enhancing its aromatic complexity. After gentle pressing, the wine is aged in 3,500-liter Slavonian oak barrels for a year and a half on its lees, followed by bottling without filtration and minimal sulfur addition.
