Vinovore Cosmic Juice NV is a red sparkling natural wine made from 100% Longanesi grapes planted on sand and gravel soils near Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Spontaneous fermentation, aged for 10 months in the bottle on native yeasts, unfiltered. Aromatic profile with wild currants, crushed raspberries, and crunchy red fruits. On the palate, it’s bone tinglingly dry, rich and intense, with hints of cranberry jam, red roses, and iron-like minerality.
